Matty C's Burger Shack was created by Mat Coldham in 2017.
Mat runs the burger van along with part time staff. All staff are fully trained and have received recent food hygiene training.
With several years of experience in the industry, Mat is a talented chef and has worked in numerous pubs, restaurants and hotels previously.
Eat The Big Mat Burger at Matty C's burger van in less than 1 hour and its free!
If you complete the challenge, you will also receive a Matty C's t-shirt.
The Big Mat Burger is made with four 1/4lb burgers, four 1/4lb sausage patties, six rashers of bacon, four eggs and cheese all packed in a extra large bap.
The standard cost for a Big Mat Burger is £20.
